Board of Directors

Paul McEvers, Chairman

Paul McEvers, enrolled Blackfeet, is a member of the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council.  He was the first BTBC member to suggest over three years ago –virtually from the moment he was elected-- that the Tribe create an 8(a) contracting arm in IT Services.  Mr. McEvers also has one of best business minds on the reservation with a great deal of business experience to drawn on.  He is also one of the most visionary, believing the Tribe will be great again, and seeing a clear path to get there.

Ken Augare, Vice Chairman

Ken Augare, enrolled Blackfeet, is Treasurer of the Blackfeet Tribe.  Through pragmatic and no-nonsense leadership, he has done more, faster, than anyone thought possible to create one of the cleanest financial houses in all of Indian Country.   Mr. Augare believes the time is right to act boldly and swiftly to take the right sort of risks, and that by doing so the Tribe can and will make rapid strides in economic progress and job creation.

Cheryl Reevis,  Secretary

Cheryl Reevis, enrolled Blackfeet, is Director of the Tribe’s Commerce Department, which has been very successful in generating revenue for the Tribe.  Her department oversees everything from Oil & Gas, Sand & Gravel, on-reservation taxation, new ventures and proposals, construction, and myriad other segments.  She was formerly the Blackfeet Treasurer and internal auditor, and currently assists the Tribe in annual audit preparations.  She has an MPA from the University of Montana.

Terry J. Show

Terry J. Show, enrolled Blackfeet, is a member of the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council (BTBC), where he serves as Secretary.  He was elected to the BTBC in part because of his extensive, proven business experience, sharp analytical skills, and his demands for transparency and accountability in all Tribal endeavors.  Mr. Show is known for a Can Do approach to getting things done, and an unwavering long term vision that the Tribe Can, Must, and Will bring prosperity and pride to all 16,000 members.

George Kipp

George Kipp, enrolled Blackfeet, runs the Manpower Program in Browning, MT.  His operation, which is largely autonomous from the Tribal government, serves as a model of progress, achievement, and proper management for all of Indian Country for training, job placement, and career development.  Thus his mission at Manpower has long been closely related to the mission of Chief Mountain Technologies.
